Hi Sycamoretara have been given a stall, what time can we arrive to set it up and can we do anything to help you when we get there, also where are we situated near the methodist church or will our names be on the stalls.

the market stalls will be up by 9.30am. any time from there on to set up. you should have your stalls ready by 11.00am as people will be around by then. Sycamoretara stall is confirmed. all stalls will be in the precinct and will be named.
thanks for your offer. apart from decorating and putting the tent up very early, after the event cleaners are always short.

the events asc will be having a cake stall. any donations should be taken to the stall on the day. happy baking Grin
