The Featherstone Chronicle - internet version - was becoming a bit unwieldy so it was ended at 1885 and renamed The Featherstone Chronicle Part One. it contains a local history from 1086 to 1885 complete with 21 photos, 8 maps and 4 diagrams. It is easily found on Google. Not everyone is interested in ancient history, but it shows how your ancestors lived in Victorian times. Part Two is now up to 1892.
