Hi all, could anyone shed any light onto something I heard recently.

I've heard that hundreds of years ago there were public executions by hanging performed where the houses are around North Featherstone church.

I've done some research but can't find anything mentioned in any books or online.

If anyone can confirm this and point me in the direction of further information I'd be grateful.  If it can't be confirmed then I can forget about it.

Thats a new one on me p1d, but i've often thought we could do with some, i'll be willing to pull the leaver joking apart, have you been to see jimmy williams or tony lumb, they're the ones most likely to know something
