been passed this little snipit from a small article in a corner of a paper. I wonder who these people were. Whats the chances they were from Featherstone?

FOUR “rebel” councillors who were suspended from Wakefield District Councils controlling labour group launched a national appeal. The councillors were accused of breaching group discipline after openly opposing radical spending cuts and the controversial closure of two day nurseries. The rebels were supported by the labour party at a regional and national level.
