What a load of crap! I like the bit on Girnhill Lane where he say's "It is sad to see the extent to which the estate has degraded, to the point where radical action must now be taken". Who let it get like this in the first place Mr Trickett? Your colleague's at W.M.D.C. that's who, they have let it decline to the point where they can take their radical action and take peoples houses off them in order to fill up their coffers with as much money as they can! As for the bit on structural defects, there is no structural defects on our property Mr Trickett! You said ,and I qoute, "The houses on Girnhill Lane were in need of serious remedy; in effect, they had been built with Structural defects". Well that is what we did, we remedied it! We have the certificate to prove it! Here is the confirmation letter from the large dossier that we have regarding the house and the certificate! There is loads more info in the dossier but there is too much to put on here!
