So in Fev English at the election next month we have a second vote. The vote is to stay with the old system of Wakefield Mayor or vote to change it to “Super Mayor”.
Unless someone can tell me different the post will be won by labour party cllr Peter Box? From the evidence so far Cllr Box loves Castleford as shown in the help it has received from WMDC. This would no doubt increase. As far as Featherstone is concerned the only “super” thing needed around here is “Super League”. Something that probably wont happen if there is a new “super mayor”.
