Title: Sengoku Karate Post by: jidokwan on September 01, 2011, 08:53:25 pm Sengoku karate are back training at North Featherstone J&I school on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.30pm - 7.30pm. We take children from age 5 years. Mums and dads can join in with their kids and all learn together. Only £2 a session and no joining fees or contracts to sign. Good fun and an excellent way to keep fit and build confidence. Also new Mixed martial arts classes starting in New Sharlston at Nana Manus Xtreme health and fitness.
