Any new flack will surely now land equally with them all………… ::) By the looks of things its full speed ahead, Sad! The antics will probably get more bizarre than ever. A record should be fun reading. 1. Saturday 9th May. Labour party members Jan & Brendon Power attend a big community event in Featherstone. They arrive in their car and ask where the disabled parking spaces are. As the car park was a WMDC one that they had visited many times before who knows what answer they were trying to find. They were directed to the spaces at the side of the swimming pool as they had just been checked as clear. Complaints were made they wished to go to the sports centre (a few metres extra). Information available is that WMDC allocate all disabled spaces for both buildings. Suppose this will be the next complaint letter arriving through the door. Shame both only had a quick walk around the playing fields and left after 15 minutes. They missed a great day created by “Joe, Public”. |
